Today I was able to count 30 breaths in मयूरासन (Mayurasana - Peacock Pose) (I have to stop counting and look at watch but for today I counted breadths for the ease).
It was difficult in the starting, I had practice in Hamasana for many days before lifting the feet. Getting the balance also took lot of time, however advise of friends did the work. A friend advised to identify the centre of gravity that is navel and keep the elbows exactly by each side at navel. Wrists, forearms and core must be strong to perform this asana, so it is better to build those using other asana before trying Mayurasana.
