The Interviewer:
Interviewer wants to elicit
- how well can you present yourself
- Have you done enough research on requirement of the Job
- Are you able to make a relation between Job requirements and your skills
- He will reconfirm the points you speak in this response
The Applicant:
- Sell yourself
- Present your best self
- Make use of your strengths that are relevant to Job
- Share previous experiences with real example of
o Value you have built
o Improvements in revenue or process
o Savings in costs or time
o Changes you have brought
- Do not just say – show them.
- Do not lie.
