Interview Preparation: How did you handle giving difficult feedback to someone?
The Interviewer:
He wants to elicit
2. Your leadership skills.
3. Your motivational skills.
4. Your identification of talent and nurturing the talent.
5. Your capability of using people’s strengths.
The Applicant:
2. Tell the process of giving feedback.
3. Give a real example.
4. Difficult feedback shall not a surprise.
5. Praise the person for his capabilities and goodness.
6. Be straight forward and to the point on feedback.
7. Do not sugar coat. It will dilute the real feedback.
