Interview Preparation: What are you looking for in terms of career development? Sample 2 – Mid Level

Technology is changing so fast, so I feel that learning is a continuous endeavour. 

I always have a 2 years plan for myself where I think and prioritize my self-learning topics from my career and personal goals. For next years, I am looking for trainings on 1) leading in uncertain times 2) promoting diversity and inclusion in conventional organizations. 3) taking membership of industry body design chapter.

I would like to ensure that company I join will have tools in place to support employees in learning and development.
