Interview Preparation: What did you like least about your last job? Sample 2 – Mid Level
I do not like the systematic lack of flexibility in my current company. Everyone has to punch in by 9AM in the morning and leave at 6PM. There is no option of coming at 11 and going back at 8. There is no concept of half day leave or leaving early.
I also do not like the lack innovative projects in my current company. We have been doing lot of maintenance projects for long years. All new projects go to a different division in united states. So, there is no way I can stay in my country and work in new projects. This is one of the reasons I am looking out for the job.
