Interview Preparation: Do you think a leader should be feared or liked?
The Interviewer:
He wants to elicit
• Your ability to discuss contrasting concepts
• Your knowledge of
o leadership
o motivating people
o getting work done.
The Applicant:
• This is not a binary question.
• Explain benefits and drawback of fear.
• Then explain benefits and drawback of love.
• Discuss it for leadership in general.
• Put these in perspective of corporate leadership.
