Interview Preparation: What are your salary expectations? Sample 2 – Mid Level
Based on my relevant experience and value I bring to the table, I would be looking for increase of 30% or more in yearly salary, my current yearly salary is ZZZZ which includes performance linked bonus of YYYY and I been getting 100% of my performance bonus every year. We also have other benefits such as insurance, company leased vehicle among others which we shall talk in detail when you roll out the offer.
