What did you like least about your last job? Sample 1 – Environment
Environment and Culture doesn’t match with my values.
1. It is too much process driven. There is no room for Innovation. Product does not move improve in terms of features. I have tried to tell that without innovation we will lose our competitiveness. But by the time ideas will be heard, ideas will become outdates. This is the exact reason I am looking out for a change.
2. In the rat race, there is no value for personal time. People just try to show that are working hard by staying late in office. No one cares about efficiency.
3. Fresher: There was lack of open communication during my intership. They used to give more preference to age than ability. So, the Ideas from youngsters were not taken. Many times, they were invited to meetings but were not allowed to speak.
