Interview Preparation: When were you most satisfied in your job? Sample 1 – Fresher

When we were working in our internship, during a brain storming session I gave an idea. Initially no one gave any importance to idea just because it was coming from an Intern. It wasn’t even in minutes of brain storming. I had to send this idea in writing to project manager. After few days my project manager came and asked me to make proof of concept of idea. I worked on that idea gave him a proof-of-concept App. He was really happy and gave me a pat on the back. 

I felt empowered and happy because my idea was valued.
