Interview Preparation: How would you quickly establish your credibility with the team? Sample 2 – Mid Level

Along with my technical credibility I will inspire trust.

Here are few things I will do in first weeks.

1) I will speak to as many people as I can.

2) I will listen to them and understand their concerns and motivations.

3) I will be open and honest; I will tell them where I would like team to go and what I need from them to do this and what they are going to get in return. I won’t avoid difficult conversations.

4) I will ensure that there is match in their expectations and our goal as a company.
