Interview Preparation: How did you handle giving difficult feedback to someone? Sample 1 – Fresher
I feel that feedback especially difficult one shall be straight forward. But it shall be combined with praise also else person may feel demotivated.
I gave feedback to one of my friends who did not get the good marks. I told him how intelligent he is but he is not using his intelligence in right direction. He improved a bit but not much.
