Interview Preparation: Give me a real example of you dealing with conflict. Sample 1 – Fresher
We were doing our third-year project in college. One of our team members was not producing the results and was taking our discussion to off project topics. He was so vocal and smart that he always used to waste time and even after 2-3 hours we were not making any progress in project.
Then I had a separate discussion with him. He wasn’t sure of topic of the project. He said that he was willing to do project with us but on a different topic. I also wanted to do a project with because he was very smart and knowledgeable. But this topic was my favourite.
For this topic- we didn’t have him in the team. But he was in team for the 2nd topic. Only interested members joined 2nd project. We are still good friend and we do lot of things together.
