The Interviewer:
He wants to understand
1. How you talk about your previous organizations and people.
2. Are you honest and truthful?
3. Are you straight forward?
4. Are you articulate and tactful?
5. You are not naïve.
The Applicant:
1. Try be as honest and truthful as possible.
2. Interviewers are not your friends so speak carefully.
3. It is not your boss’s interview so criticizing him too much harms you, not him.
4. Tell his positive and negative qualities.
5. Tell an overall assessment of him – one liner- average or exceptional
