First 30 days I will observe and understand the company and people.
Right after first month, along with my manager, understand my role and responsibility. I will define what is expected out of me and how do we measure significant contributions. I will set goals for myself along with manager. I will also set my goals for my team. Based on this, I will have plan for 90, 180 and 365 days.
