3. Are you interested in learning?
4. Do you even have a plan?
5. Your clarity of thoughts about your development.
The Applicant:
1. Do not say that you are at peak of your learning.
2. Always have a plan for next 1-2 years of your career and skill development.
3. Align your skill development plan to your long-term career and personal goals.
4. Ensure there is no discrepancy with respect to other responses.
5. Bring out points relevant to Job Description.
