When I landed in my last Job. I moved from a Global company where everything was so organized and well defined. I knew that I was moving to a small startup, but I didn’t anticipate company to be so chaotic. It was a cultural sock.
No one knew what we were doing? We were working hard but no one knew why and where are we going? It went on for few months. Then I day I decided that I can’t take it anymore. I had a one on one with VP of the company. Told him what I felt. He said he felt the same and he was also troubled.
I stayed there and we together worked on our strategy. Finally, we became successful and rolled out many projects.
