Interview Preparation: What is your personal mission statement?
The Interviewer:
He wants to understand
1. Have you ever thoughts about it?
2. Are you able to clearly communicate it.
3. There is no disconnection what you are doing and your mission statement.
The Applicant:
1. Vision defines what you aspire to do in long run. Mission is what you want to do now. Mission defines your objectives and actions. Your values define how to take actions.
2. Most people have these thoughts in mind but they are not able to tell it clearly since they never formulated these in 1 or 2 sentences.
3. People, who never thought about it, are guided by thoughts of parents, teachers or friends.
4. Write it in advance and in 1 or 2 sentences.
5. Practice and remember some flavours of same mission statement.
