Interview Preparation: Why do you want to work here?

The Interviewer: 

Interviewer is asking “what is it beyond benefits and salary that you want to work here”.

He wants to elicit 

-  Are you even aware of that?

-  What are your motivations except money to work?

- Do you have other options?

The Applicant:

- Did you even think about it?

- Prepare a list of motivation that are beyond money.

- Relate those motivations to company and Job description.

- Speak about motivations that Job description fulfils.
