The Interviewer:
He wants to know
- You
- Your personality
- You are not a dull person.
- Are you enthusiastic about life?
- Are your passions aligned with the company and Job.
The Applicant:
- Have some professional passions. If you don’t have one, they will figure out from cross questions.
- Check company’s vision and mission, find out the common factors.
- Tell about the one which is relevant to the Job.
- Check “Why do you want to work here?” question.
- Learn how to use the same passion in different contexts.
